Skills Jet Academy

By accessing the Skills Jet Academy website, enrolling in any course, or participating in our marketing program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. About Skills Jet Academy

Skills Jet Academy delivers high-impact, fully online courses in AI automation, digital marketing, and technical upskilling. Our platform is designed for professionals seeking practical, future-ready competencies—delivered securely, ethically, and in full compliance with the laws of Kenya.

2. Course Enrollment & Digital Access

All courses are digital products with immediate, non-transferable access granted upon successful payment.

Access is provided via secure login to our learning platform. Once you log in or view any course content, the product is considered consumed and non-returnable.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after course access is activated—except in rare cases of technical fault on our end (see Section 5).

By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree: "I understand this is a digital service. Immediate access will be granted upon payment, and no refunds will be processed once I log in or view course content."

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including videos, text, assessments, software, and certificates—are the exclusive property of Skills Jet Academy. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use them for your own learning.

You may not: copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or use content for commercial training without written permission.

4. Marketing Partners & Commission Terms

Skills Jet Academy works with independent marketing partners on a performance-only basis.

Compensation:

Partners earn commission only on verified, paid enrollments generated through their unique referral link or code.

Payment Schedule:

Approved commissions are processed and disbursed on the last business day of each month.

No Base Pay:

Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, marketers receive no salary, retainer, or fixed payment.

Eligibility:

Commissions are paid only for:

Enrollments using the partner's valid referral identifier
Payments that are successful, non-refunded, and non-fraudulent

Tracking Authority:

Skills Jet Academy's internal analytics and payment logs are final and binding for commission validation.

Fraud:

Any attempt to manipulate referrals (e.g., self-enrollment, bot traffic) will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once course access is granted.

The only exceptions (at our sole discretion) are:

Technical failure on our platform that prevents access for more than 48 hours despite support efforts
Duplicate or mistaken payments (with verifiable proof)

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of payment and before any course content is accessed.

Marketer commissions linked to refunded enrollments will be reversed in the next payment cycle.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We are fully compliant with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. Your personal and payment data is encrypted, securely stored, and never sold. Our complete Data Management Policy is available here and is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to:

Learners who violate these Terms or misuse course content
Marketers who breach referral integrity or brand guidelines

Outstanding, validated commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in the next scheduled cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skills Jet Academy provides courses and marketing tools on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, income results, or uninterrupted service. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi County.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or site notice.
